Websiteoutlook contains a collection of actual number of pageview from other websites. The visitor data is combined with information about number of links that point towards the site, country, Alexa ranking and other data that is available on-line. All this information has been used to make a formula that uses the information that is available on-line to estimate the number of pageviews, its worth and possible daily incom that the site has.

It's no substitute for Google's data, since google's tracking is integrated into every QL page. The graphs on that page fall in line with the google info, though.

I'm only just guessing, but I don't think a website is tracked if you just load it from a bookmark or just use your browser's url bar.

Pageviews are tracked by google-analytics every time you visit any page on QL. ESR uses it, too - as does most of the internet. =P

it seems (through interview with swedish players atleast) that in sweden for example, it is very normal for people to earn their living off gambling ( be it poker of horse bets).

so my guess is that other unorthodox methods of earning a living aren't frowned upon either, ie pc games.

in germany however, try getting a girl by telling her you earn your living with online poker.. that is rarely going to work.

And something like 5 years of "abstinence from the real life" because you invested the time into professional gaming doesn't really look very good on your C.V.

Most people at that skill level seem to be extremely arrogant, to be honest. At least Cooller is being tounge-in-cheek'ish and dignified, Noctis is funny (sometimes), but the rest.. bleh. I think the least arrogant of the bunch are the Swedes and Rapha., who's been an excellent sportsman this far (i hope it stays that way when he falls from his throne someday).

i guess the only thing that seems a bit odd is that his movement seems jittery like he has high accel but for me it's very smooth
