Aside the fact that it's my team playing, I think this is one of the best demos I've ever watched. It is constant in your face action with some of NA's hardest hitting Quake 3 CTF players in history. From beginning to end you will not loose interest.

Well if you watched the demo I was the coach. I started FpAb!/=e.Quality= back in 2003. Anyone that knows me and my clan knows that it's always been extremely large. So I took the job as coach and consider myself one of the top coaches in NA. Pretty much anyone that has played for me and my team would agree. I sent the demo to a couple people that wanted to see some old q3 demos and they all suggested posting it here as it's one that is amazing to watch. Was very nail bitting on my end, I remember it like it was yesterday.

Cool demo man thanks for the upload! This was definitely non-stop action. Seemed like there was no d at all and both teams were just running in packs. Man, i really miss playing that map =( That was always one of my favorites, the strafing and aiming angles are great on it.

can someone put this on youtube I tinkered with the quake live demo player and couldn't get it to work..
