The fact that you included shoutcasting is nice. But you totally blew it when the caster obviously switches to zamuz and you stay on CZM the whole time. Also immediately "spoils" who won.

i'm pretty sure the majority know who won - that's why it's a "classic". and trust me, it would have really bored you watching z4muz just constantly running armours and seeing a couple pixels of czm here and there for the most part of the game :-E.

where is the ESWC final cooller vs czm, when czm was on the top form of his life ... period, playing a cooller that his favorite weapon on the group stages was mg and he had hardly past to the finals?

what about the final between fooki and czm, in fooki's international debut? That was a defeat nobody was expecting.

eh, this is a really good game, quite a famous one as well. z4muz was an absolute monster on ztn in that time period, and it was clear (i think they were maybe playing outside?) that czm really couldn't hit anything and was playing out of control almost the entire game, managing to evade z4muz constantly. of course z4muz made the mistake of not chasing czm in one or two occasions and committing for the kill but it was a very good game to watch back in the day, and i'm pretty sure that everyone remembers this game, i know i do. i even remember some quote from czm where he commented on his terrible aim and said 'even my sister can hit a mid-air rail'.

i think that z4muz and jibo used to be very similar in the way that they played really safe games by avoiding any kind of risk. that shows in predictability wich is a weakness at least in my opinion. both of them NEVER followed thru the tele in ztn.

jibo has changed his style but dunno about todays z4muz.

It was played outside yes. I recall the famous pants swap between Socrates and CZM on stage, CZM was ofcourse wearing shorts but he got really cold so he and socrates switched pants on stage :D was priceless

reminded me of the game on Fox vs Cooller at dm13, when Anton was stuck in the ceiling to the MH.

Cooller's movements when that happened were hilarious. He was looking around and eventually he shot the ceiling with a rocket.

About a year later I saw a demo on q3acn by Jibo (I think) demonstrating how to get stuck and unstuck. I never did manage to get stuck to try it out.

commentary just sucked cock big time.. game wasnt that good either, it seemed like czm played like shit and zamuz played his normal game. How it can be classic when another player plays most of the game like shit?

The commentary was pretty much fine except for "nailed"x500. Keep in mind this was when shoutcasting actually meant audio-only. Play-by-play was the most important thing they did.

And the game was amazing. Z4muz hadn't lost on ztn the entire tournament when czm comes in. His aim is off and he is unable to get any control until 12 minutes in. He waits and waits and waits, holding Z4muz to 2 frags. Eventually he gets a couple armors and scores 4 in a quarter the time it took Z4muz to get his 2 and (temporarily) saves USA from elimination.

How the hell is it not classic?

it depends on whats the definition of classic, for me it means amazing game, which this is not. Both players played mostly like shit.

this is a definitive classic, and czm wasn't able to aim on the outside stage, he showed everyone his smart nature which we all know him for. coming into that event he definitely had one of the stronger aims, but he shows that he doesn't need it to win vs a ztn titan like z4muz - even still noone was expecting him to win on ztn vs z4muz.

a classic isn't supposed to necessarily mean a universally awesome match that anyone can watch and be impressed with. generally a classic match means that it is something that is historical or significant for one reason or another. i watched that event as it was happening like many others on this site, and THIS GAME is the one i remember the best from ALL of the awesome games that came outta that tourney.

i'm sure judging by when you signed up to esreality, you have barely any knowledge of these two players. this match happened six years ago as well, so i doubt you are familiar with the game play either - if it were cpma, czm would be fucking toast as it is more aim based. infact it's quite funny to me to see all the situations in that demo where in cpma people would be using LG but in osp they can't.

z4muz just pwns this guy whenever he wants :) Nice defensive camping by czm tho in the first 120minutes. Guess z4muz got tired of waiting and just gave him the trophy :) This is not a classic imho... just a very long and booooring game, but thanks anyway, nice to see some Q3, but you could have picked a better game :)
