Trials Are Cancelled.

Despite applying on time, going through the voting process, being selected as captain and getting lots of interest for trials I am sad to say that I have been replaced as the UK CTF captain for the Nations cup.

It appears that a decision was made to replace me after a small group of ppl decided that I wasn't right for the position and a consultation took place with the clanbase chief of cups.

My view is that clanbase should never have let this get to this stage as the rules were clear. Apply before voting closes, no further applications after.

I firmly believe that if Styl0r an individual chooses to ignore an application through a conscious decision , that the individual should be held to that decision. Apparently clanbase however are happy to know that the application was ignored until the very last day of voting and still allow the individual to apply and then make a farce out of the whole process by changing there mind a second time.


Anyway - Madness aside.

I still think the uk will put out a strong team and I wish the players well. I am just disappointed for the uk community as despite there being a lot of interest to play, and potentially fresh players into the ctf scene, there won't be a chance to earn a spot on the uk team or at least, not with the current captain anyway!
