in some states you have to get a license as a "smoker's club" and people who come in have to agree and become a member.

cologne once had the smoking clubs stuff.. but they got rid of that too.. its just like noone cares anymore

Smoking is harmful to health. Shit, urin and women aren't... well, shit and urine aren't at least.
