He hardly dominated, he won the tournment overall yes but in the process dropped a game to cooller, and lost several maps through out the tournment.

Clearly the guy has what it takes to be at the top, but each and every tournment a number of players are getting closer to dethroneing him.

Well, someone needs to step it up abit and force rapha to make mistakes like rapha does to everyone!

the thing about rapha is that he knows how to win tournaments

somehow he stays calm while cooller, avek and cypher are always involved in some stupid mind games

cooller just started playing quake again and rapha is around for quite some time now

if cooller keeps on improving as he did till now hes gonna beat rapha if cypher or avek wont o this earlier

He's improving a lot, yes, back to his old form or better, yes. But he's been back active for over a year, AND Rapha didn't even have a working computer for a good while right before this last IEM tournament.

Not sure, I think it was a mobo issue. He'd been having some trouble with it for awhile, but he didn't get back up and running til very shortly before the tournament, hence his being the lowest time played immediately prior to the tournament. He usually practices as much as he can.

speaking of, does anyone have that link where the guy did the math on what the players averaged per hour monetarily for IEM ?

I told everyone Rapha was the guy to beat, and he still is. I'd put Cypher and Cooller just behind him, but everyone else needs to do some work methinks.
