Q2scene has finally reached the Edge finals. Out of 100 contestants were left only four to face each other and to prove who is the Edge champion in Europe and USA. Today at 20:00 CET there will be finals between

Am0kchen - Q2 and QL are two different games. Aiming in q2 is way, way harder than in QL or Q3. Its an old game and at the moment it is being played at the highest level. I have no doubt that the QL pros couldnt make it top in Q2, but it would take years to learn. Same thing if Q2 or some other game player would start QL. It takes long time to get to the top, especially becouse its has been dominated by q3 players and most of the QL maps are q3 maps.

Its cos q2 has some weird quirks to it, qw is actually alot closer to q3/ql due to netcode, where the shots spawn from your body(view height?), rocket/shaft

Also qw is being constantly worked on by many people, q2 doesnt have that cept r1q2

Dont get me wrong tho i do like q2

There should be a covertly financed facility where we can kidnap Damiah-Purri and Makaveli-Shub and have have them play those two matchups on Q2DM1 and Q2DM3 respectively from now until the end of eternity. The only shit that gets out is the .dm2 files.
