Just recently got a QCK heavy to replace my old small DKT pad. It has all the propertys I want from a pad, good size, good friction. "Seemed" to track perfectly well but after a few days of use I'm now begining to think it doesn't track as well as my old DKT pad. Does this sound normal for this combination? I use the MS drivers, 1000hz hack and play Quakelive. Low'ish sens, low-mid accel, m_filter 0.
Once or twice its totaly errored and I've ended up facing the cieling randomly and every now and then when I do a short, quick flick it seems to float a little extra in the same direction on screen if you can understand what I mean from that :)
I've used a DKT pad for many years without either of these issues.
Is this normal and something I have to live with?
I did want the Puretrack talent but went for this istead because it was much easier to get hold of.
