Hmm.....how come no one here is talking about this mouse yet? For $90 USD, we need someone to put this into the hotbox and pressure cooker..... anyone able to test this?
Looks like they're following that right side palm of the Steelseries Ikari.
In which case, it's shite. That thing gave me rsi BAD. I guess it works for some people, but it really was an awkward shape for anything other then straight up flat palming, and even then it crapped up my wrist
I wrote a review on it awhail back for maxfps.se(webshop in Sweden). It has the UGS 9500(also known as ADNS 9500)laser sensor, same sensor as Xai, G9x, G500 and QPAD 5k has. This sensor works really great when you have a optimal mousepad for it for being a laser sensor = no skipping. The shape is very good altho I found it a bit too low profile for me, making it hard to pick it up ingame. I tend to play with pretty low sensitivity and flick shot alot so I tend to pick my mouse up and reposition it very often.
But the hand rests well on it for sure. Almost felt like it was made out of clay to fit my hand perfectly so I still use it from time to time.
When it comes to the sensor itself itīs without question betther calibrated then Xai. I have used both mouse head to head on both plastic and cloth pads. The Naos has a neat feature that you can use to see how good the sensor is reading your mousepad. My Qck+ got pretty low scores in this test but you didn't notice anything strange with the Naos on it. But with Xai it could skip up to 3 times a game(10mins) because of the sensor having trouble reading the Qck+. The Naos also has manual lift of distence that can help you get betther reading quality on diffrent type of mousepads.
Both Xai and Naos worked like a dream on my plastic S&S pad. Naos gave it a score of 8/11 in sensor reading quality meaning it was more then twice as good as the Qck+.
All in all I liked it alot, you didn't need any drivers installed or so aswell. You can install the configuration program that works like a driver and configure everything and save it in one of the profiles stored in the mouse and then just uninstall the program if you like.
The guys at Mionix has really put the best hardware they could find on the market right now into this mouse without a question.
So compare it to Xai, G500, G9x and QPADs 5k if your interested of buying one of thouse.

do you experience sligt positive accel at high movement speeds like g500 ? or is perfectly 1:1 at low sens no matter the dpi setting ? how does it compare to mx5XX / explorer 3.0 comfort wise ?
"While the Minonix does everything really well it does have one flaw that is annoying. The mouse has a distinct tendency to wobble back and forth due to either the feet or the bottom of the mouse not being completely level. This issue is less pronounced on cloth mats, but on hard mats you feel it every time you push the mouse towards your arm. Maybe the problem will be cured over time as you wear down the mouse feet." from -xsreviews
