It's weight is distributed rather to the back, but overall it is light (especially after removing inner weight).

Aww, shame it has prediction. Even with it I think it looks like a great mouse for the price.

How would you say that the weight compares to the Deathadder or the MX518 if you've used those mice?

Yes, it has one weight inside and it is really recommended to remove - after that it becomes more balanced to the forward.

It feels like a bit lighter then deathadder, or almost in the same league. Don't used mx518 much (like few days) so cannot really comment.

Overall, this is pretty good mouse. Also, I would advice to try X-748K (which is crazy fast) and XL-740 (which has much less amount of prediction and pretty fast, although been laser mouse). And Oscar software is a really good thing too.
