I reinstalled Windows 7 and was in the process of reconfiguring my mouse settings, when I noticed an issue.
At high speeds (a really fast swipe) my cursor is coming up short to where I was expecting it to end up (doing a point-to-point test to make sure acceleration is gone). Differing speeds confirm that accel is indeed gone---just, at really fast swipe rates, I lose some frames...
Am I hitting the mouse's malfunction speed?
Intellimouse Optical 1.1A
QcK Heavy
Windows 7
Enhanced Pointer Precision Off
6/11 Windows Sens
HIDUSBF.inf hack to 500hz polling rate
Ease of Access mouse accel all the way to fast (read about that here http://www.tek-9.org/forum/call_of_duty_serie...l#comments )
Using Microsoft Intellimouse Optical USB drivers that auto installed with Windows Update.
