It's never been about money and well, never will be. Being a community run volunteer organization we're here because we want to be. We love growing, strengthening and entertaining the community through our broadcasts. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication from our staff to make what we do possible on daily basis. Sure everything from shoutcasting to scheduling to advertising to even writing in house software is time consuming and all of us are either working full time or are full time students but we do it for you guys and ask nothing in return.

All of our expenses are paid out of our own lint filled pockets. And trust me in this economy like most of you we're not exactly rolling in doe when mortgage and student loans are waiting to be paid. But we contribute what we can to keep it going. If no one donates nothing will change, we'll continue doing what we love to do even if it costs us. All we ask is to help offset that cost and help us provide a better experience for you, our faithful viewers.

I do like the casts (when it's not lagging like a bitch for me) and the vods are cool, but damn, sort out that library!

but sometimes i would see better games or more important games on ql-tv. also its too much american scene dominated.

and as Zer1toN pointed out, your vod library is very chaotic. please change that in the future, i cant find nothing.

so the american shoutcasting crew covers to much of the american quake live scene?

what you want them to do not go to work/class so they can cover the European scene more?

with a name like "ql-tv.com" i ecspect more worldwide matches to see, or bigger tournaments. nowadays there isnt much interesting to see for me on ql-tv execept quadcast.

I know what you mean and we've talked about it at our staff meetings. Right now is the transition period form the winter hibernation to tournament preparation. Many players have class and are first finishing up this month. We'll start seeing a lot more high level matches happening in the next 3 months.

NA vs EU isnt what i meant lol i was just saying that its hard for greased/jehar to cast alot of EU games because they are at work when alot of the games are being played.

Yeah, I do agree that our library needs to be reworked. I'll talk to greased about it and we'll probably have something working in the next few weeks.

In regards to EU casting. We've tried at several points throughout the year to bring in an EU casting team. Unfortunately none of them stuck around. However, there are other outfits that have stepped up to fill the gap and have done an amazing job thus far.

nice to hear. im eager to see whats coming up in ql-tv.

im aware that now we have more streaming organisations like esl-tv, lvl, holyshit etc. everybody doing their thing and thats great to see a wider streaming range for games. i didnt know that you tried a european team.
