Today, Blizzard announced an exclusive rights deal with GomTV for all Blizzard products. This means that all major professional leagues that have licensed rights via KeSPA can no longer operate legally. However, Blizzard is allowing for these leagues to continue using the rights until the end of the ProLeague season in August.
Blizzard had been in negotiations with KeSPA for many years, but just recently announced that they would be ending the negotiations and moving forward. KeSPA originally "licensed" the rights for broadcasting Starcraft events in Korea to OGN/MBC, despite not actually having the rights. Now, OGN/MBC will be forced to make a deal for licensing rights through GomTV.
