Just looking for tips on learning maps better. Is there a method for this or is it pretty much the same set of rules on every map, just maybe a little different because of design/layout?
No specific map in mind or anything, just generally curious about the subject. Thanks.
Hard to go into more detail without specific map or at least game type, in the time i write this someone has probably already suggested it but if ur looking to run around maps on ur own (not bad idea) then see how well you can move around it backwards without clipping any walls etc
1) watch for matches/finals on specific maps
2) try to determine the decisive factor for the win (qzdm13 might require proper attack/defense knowledge + proper weapon usage while qzdm6 is much more "time mega and RA like hell", qzt9 is abt learning to control 2 YA, exepting the regular MH timing, etc)
3) determine the gamestyle of the champs which best fits your style (to me it's a combination between cypher and dahang -cypher's aim and dahang movement here, at some degree of course , pretty bad movement skills yeah :)) and study their matches more than the matches of other players
4) profit? :P
Why would you ask me why I ask ppl that are more experienced with them than I am? Seems to be a perfect place for some insight don't ya think- the people that HAVE played them for years?
If I had been playing the maps for 10 years I wouldn't even bother asking the question.
