2000u for PG in Q3, BFG is 2000u too I think. No idea about QL/CPM though.

Plasma speed: 2000 ups
Grenade launch speed: 700 ups

my clan site had it on there, but as for a source, I don't know what it is

Testing it is rather easy. Just need a map with a long straightaway. After hitting 2000 ups for instance, you'll notice the PG cells go the same speed as you. Same goes for rockets and BFGs.
