Anyone ever use one of these? If so, can you give me some feedback on your experience?

since you are new to quake you could fall into buying gaming products, but since you are active here you know even pros (being cooller the only important one ofc) use regular kbs/mouse/etc if they are not sponsored (even cooller said thats only a publicity stunt).
But if you want to change your kb you should look for a tenkeyless one due to ergonomics. That way is lots more comfortable to play, or you could go russian style (again a cooller reference).
Do not buy a "gaming kb" or go into buying expensive products just for that purpose like cherry blacks kb or getting nkro, which is useless in practice except for two combos with the regular matrix: WAQ or WDE being pressed at the same time (if you are really having trouble with those just use ESDF).
edit: how is that you are destroying your kb by playing quake lol. Even back in the day I played lots of stepmania and it never had one single problem. Or you could look at noctis kb which can't be more beaten up but works.
