Counterstrike Source in itself is built for trolling. Fail game with an engine which has some upsides

For example. When a couple of my mates switched (briefly) from 1.6 to Source, they occasionally played breakfloor maps - a novelty thing exclusive to the Source engine whereby a map would be two sides with a large wall in the middle (bit like tennis I guess except a wall). The floor would be breakable by shooting and would have various layers. if the lowest layer broke, then you would plummet to your doom. The aim - to shoot out the ground, burrow under and through and tunnel your way to get kills on the other side. Basically, the map would build itself through playing

This is a trollers dream. I will tell you that now. Everytime I went on to play with mates, I would just buy an MG, shoot out all the floor spaces underneath my team-mates, watch them plummet to their doom, play Spanish Flea music over my microphone and spray goatse on walls.

Novelty?
Already had breakable glass floors in perfect dark multiplayer about 12 years ago. It did not have multiple layers because it was so intensive on the limited resources of the console, but the concept was there and can be played on a level called "The Grid".

Great. My thread became another outlet for Jamerio sexual frustration.

My mistake, it was the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences award for this game.

It was over 10 years ago, it was the developer of the year that got the BAFTA for that year, along with 3-4 bafta for GE. It ws jsut insane. There were so many at that time it lost much of its meaning, especially when you're a tester, so you can hardly take credit for it.
