militia, added a full usuable game pause bind impulse25 for sp,
make rvWeapon public identity { and not idClass, recoded ammoAvail, player ammo is now dropped with the weapon

some fixes are only fixes for beta 7 update/patch :

added/ixed full projectile lights - change color passing through water and back to normal when exited,
fixed exit vehicle crash when killed in a vehicle
added cvar g_showping to always show ping
fixed play inview arms still showing on clients when entered a vehicle in mp
fixed tripbombs [ alit grenade fire ] not exploding
made first person guided projectile [ alt naplam fire ] work clientside
fixed aideathview, view from killer when dead in sp
fixed ai still playing pain sounds when they`re are dead and shot
