download beta 11,
install it, goto q43a_1.1.15 in quake 4 main install folder,
open up serverconfig.cfg,
edit seta si_tournamentmode "0" to seta si_tournamentmode "1"
and your done, run a dedicated server with the desktop shortcut, and connect to its ip
o0o0ooo oo0o, if you copy your win32 game to a linux box, rightclick the desktop shortcut for the q43a server, and do properties and copy the command line and add wine to the beginning of it
