I'm going to my great grandmother's 100th birthday in a week. Apparently, it sucks so bad to live at that point, they WANT to die.

why is that?

Memory issues, joint problems, uncontrolled shitting, sleeping more than being awake, etc...

My mums close friend (like a grandma to me but not blood) is like 95+, body riddled with cancer (for years..) and she's still going, but in pain more often then not :(
