Jamerio, let me teach you the way to use words in proper context. Projection is an ego defense mechanism caused by an imbalance between the id, ego, and super ego. You use this, along with several other defenses to protect your tiny, fragile mind, which is why you perpetually suffer from delusions. The only purpose you serve here is to amuse a majority of users with your immeasurable stupidity. I hope you read this carefully from your parents' computer, in your parents' house, with sheep porn minimized as you patrol ESR for ten hours a day. Don't forget the BAFTA that you wrote on a piece of construction paper and taped to your parents' refrigerator, as well as raging at/about Street Fighter, which takes up the remainder of your day, because you lose nearly all the games you play.
I'm sure in the land of deluded nobody understands your genius. Its just your defense mechanism.
You do what you have to do to protect your E-life. I think perhaps a visit to the doctor or a job application would be more productive for someone like you.
If you don't want tips don't ask for them. Sorry to spoil your escape :)
You're so stupid that every time I read one of your posts I shake my head and sigh. I really am in disbelief so much stupidity can be contained within a single person. Really.
Didn't need SC2 for Quake to be over, but SC2 will be the new face of all global professional gaming.
Once you've gotten the hang of your race, take part in tournaments! Team Liquid now has a "tournament tracker" feature that shows dates, format, players, and prize money. You can find it here: http://www.teamliquid.net/tournaments/
(ZOTAC still needs to get a license, but it should be back soon)
I'm finding it hard to believe Zotac don't have a license yet but all those open cups i've never heard of do :/. Wonder if Blizzard will actually take any action.
I think both games are at the same level of balance and comepitiveness but the community for SC2 is basically the same as the WoW community. Reading posts on Team Liquid just makes me cringe if you compare it to the old TL BW community and ESR.
can't play quake on the average nowadays monitor (60Hz lcd)
quake is hardware dead, for the moment
(also syncerror is doing a pretty good job at not knowing what's fun/good for ql)
Saying you can't play on a 60hz monitor is wrong. I've played quake and other fps on a 60hz for 7 years now and yes it's not as smooth but it's still playable. Also, guess what? You don't have to play QL. No one is forcing you to abandon Q3 for QL.
The game works the same way WoW does, in that it's all done through the main server. Unless someone comes up with a battle.net server emulator (and has the bandwidth to host it, while also living in a country that can dodge a lawsuit), a crack won't work.
No, just against bots, and Warden (blizzard's anti-cheat/crack) wasn't on in the beta. Blizzard is confident enough to let you download the client freely, as you need an account to play it.
It could happen, as there have been WoW server emulators, but they're generally buggy, laggy, and many patches behind the retail official version. It took many years for them to come out, however.
It's totally worth buying, so no need to crack. =P
Beta invite no longer works. However, each retail copy comes with 2 trial keys to give to friends. The trial lets you play the full game (both single and multiplayer) for 7 hours, or 14 days (whichever comes first). Digital download versions don't seem to get the two trials.
I gave SC2 a try, but in my opinion it's just not as fun as quake. A lot of the higher end macro can be mind numbingly boring. Also, at this point in my life I can't afford to dive into another time consuming obsession.
Actually, regions get different clients now. You might not even be able to activate a US key on an EU battle.net account. You can try it if you want, but I'd make a US battle.net account and get the US client - otherwise, you risk having to download another client, which is 7gb. =P
People keep specifying which keys they need, so I'm not sure. The client issue might be the only issue, but if you have a EU battle.net account, it will offer you the EU client. If you still want it, I'll PM you the key.
