EDIT: ql.tv is broadcasting the groups while esl.tv is doing the semifinals and finals. kind of makes me sad though that esl.tv is starting to broadcast less and less of their own shit. Whats the point of buying esl premium if they never even broadcast their own events.

I don't think so, the page shows the times in EEST for me and they seem to match with those in PDT being AM.

Maybe they're catering to the European audience. A few hours later would probably have been fine even for Euros though.
