I would say the reason is livestreams, VOD's and demos being hosted elsewhere (tournament website).

No GTV - no demos... :(

Tournament admins/organizers are just not paying enough attention to collecting demos from players and often forget or even not acknowledge at all that this is one of their primary responsibility.

they don't get their money from storing demos >D

hehe..players like cypher collect demos for themselves and delete them..=)
