Problaby cuz they were horrible and hopefully they are fixing them. I am swedish and I had better ping even on russian servers :/.

That has been a problem for years in various games imo.
I wonder what happened.

At he beginning of ql open beta, the swe servers were just fine. Low and "almost" stable ping. But a few months before the premium/pro accounts showed up, the servers starting to suck, really bad.

heh, totally other way around for me. had 100+ ping on .se servers in the beginning, then suddenly they fixed it :p
