Typically I'd agree. Someone's personal/private life is their own business. However, if a person decides to act with such reckless behavior in their personal/private life that it draws [a lot] of public attention (including law enforcement), then yes, it is our business.

Good luck judging what you know sh1t about when the important topic here is the quality of his art. Youre good whining at your suppositions of the worst case scenarios of his historial, cause thats what most of your guys are good at spotting defects, judging and whining.

judgement must stand on truth; in leagal cases the arbiter of truth is the judge/jury at the end of a trial. (unless you want to challenge this)

in moral non-leagal cases, it is less clear. i assume "reckless" would be part fact, part judgement. nevertheless, the status of the facts in this latter sense is still crucial. (obviously)

with celebs, i think, it is usually the case that the immorality of obtaining the facts that point to the celebs being anything like "reckless" weighs too heavy to endorse "talk" about it at all.

First im replying to you cause you seem open minded, this is a general comment.

Michael Jackson really was about Love, Unity and Peace. So the system, which is based on the opposite, hate, war, etc. demonized him. At these times, those that really seek truth doesnt watch the mainstream media, we research countless hours from different Internet sources and then if we collect enough information to form a opinion we take a side.

You never can be sure truth is on your side, but with this genius its my opinion he was so strong they first tried the hijicked legal/media system and as it didnt worked, he being with each passing day more different from what today are the prototype of icons, and he also got shitloads of money to do things, they helped him a bit coward style with a medical overdose.

Obviously when you're an icon with that level of fame there will be problems that no one, let alone "the system," could have been able to cope with or predict. That said, I think it would be fair to have special protective laws in extreme fame situations.

Our moral intuitions and judgements face an anomaly that they really have no experience dealing with. Walking by an ordinary person, saying hello might be a moral thing to do; do the same with a famous person and you'd be among the hellish pest they have to deal with.

Regarding opinions and so on, I think here too we often face proportions that are counter-intuitive. There's just so much stuff now, and different ways to evaluate them, that much of our normal ways of making sense of things doesn't cut it at all.
