Where are they? Why don't they exist? Isn't it important to spark competition to encourage growth in the community? Doesn't it also help bring in sponsors? Where the heck are the ladders?!?!

Pros have tourneys, amateurs have nothing. How are amateurs supposed to improve when there is no proper system to find equally balanced opponents. QLive desperately needs ladders to encourage team play, because that community barely exists.

I miss watching ladder finals between teams and duelers, it's a huge gap in the Quake Live community. Come on id!!
