If this is the default prices for real, I think more people will start signing up for this tourney :D. After all, this is pretty decent video card (the only problem is, that there will be like 2-3 people who will need storehouse for their video cards).

The additional prizes are because it is ZOTAC Quake Live's first anniversary ;)

what has happened to strenx, stermy, cooller, spartie, cypher and co? they used to play zotac cups pretty regularly...

strenx is taking a break from quake in general, i expect him to be back in time for the iem european finals
stermy has only played in these as preperation for tournaments
cypher has ping issues that make it hard to compete (but he also never played regularly)
cooller is quite inactive aswell and i didnt see him play in a zotac cup for quite some time
sparties usually lacks motivation and says that he doesnt like the time

Cooller said on his Q&A page that he has a little break from Quake and will start practicing again before next big tournament (i.e. Dreamhack). He also said that he will definitely play in one of those fnatic play qualifiers.
