The 54th ZOTAC

QL Duel Cup will be played this Sunday. As usual it will consist of a SE bracket using the bo1 format until the quarter finals. Then the games will be played as bo3 with the exception of the Final being played as bo5. ZOTAC QL Cup participants need at least a Quake Live Premium membership to participate. The prize is 100€ for the best player again!

the bug was that you could not join a match using the link to the server afaik, annoyed him so much that he didnt play

u need to invite ppl to your server and that means that u need to invite all the random ppl to ur friendlist and then to the server every zotac again. and this bug is known since 1week and ID really care bout it....haha, but good that we pay for some support with prem/pro accounts...
and before they work on a fix they do some random Devpick servers.
Alternative to join a server is to click joinmatch button like 50 times... but like i said i dont play quake to encounter bugs... but good thing that buglive is out of beta.

Speaking of which, the new Battleforged is pretty decent. It'd be nice to get rid of older maps like dm13 and ztn. They're just kind of clunky, aren't they? One should be able to move smoothly throughout the maps. All this stopping and starting, when it isn't for fighting, just ruins the 'flow'.
