nope even convinced me more than metal is garbage. There is weird chanting, some screeching guitar ehh and then some fucking nasty vocals which sound terrible.

um there are very few songs that i listen to, it doesn't matter what genre or anything, it just has to enrapture me and keep its tune in my head, something that is catchy but will never ever become stale. I've collected these songs and listen to them whenever i feel i want to hear them again (which is about every 2 weeks or so, its like an addict needing a hit or some shit)

I've looked for these songs in every genre, i have a few classical, some korean pop, hip hop, jazz etc

however i have never found any metal that is what i would call good thus i think its a shit genre (for me)

how is music good if its not catchy? that's just elevator music, there to distract you. if you don't get caught up singing along or humming to it, then it can't be good.

i met a guy that was totally into metal after 4-5 years he told me he 'grew out of it' and said it all sounds the same to him now, which is just bullshit. He was obviously a poser, trying to look extreme to his peers or rebel from the norm of society or some nonsense.

some people listen to music just to stand out(poser above), or to fit in with their friends who listen to the same shit (imagine gangster rap and 14 year olds here) There are some that listen to music because of how much technique and skill it takes to play the guitar or a violin or whatthefuckever. I mean sure hes going 200 miles per second on that guitar but it sounds like shit, who cares man? fuuuuuu

I only listen to shit which gives my brain pleasure, no matter what. When i hear metal though, it gives me a fucking stroke, its just not for me.

Some of the best slow jams come from metal bands. Death metal drumming specifically has a very heavy jazz influence and is full of psycopation, something that can largely be seen in dub-step music as well. Something that is spread across different genres will obviously need to have variation or we could all just listen to the same band/artist all our lives.

As far as the growling and grunting goes, it is to emulate the subject matter. The conflict is about the subject matter and therefore, you mention dancing which shows your lack of interest in subject matter that deals with death, decaying corpses or other morbid backdrops.

ill put up some songs that are on my playlist. These are songs that i don't get sick of hearing, most of them are just 1 song from an artist because the rest of songs they do are fucking shit, odd i know..

its hardcore, needs to be a DJ with all assholes and chicks on drugs, and know what does what, and gets to heavy for time of nights etc etc, you bring um back with some cheesie lead tune, then back to the hard



if your british or in briton, there is no point using shops on the island for gabba/proper hardcore, only a few tunes are imported and they are all the shit 1s to suit the uk full of shit scene



so you concentrate on the real scene and destroy the british scene, man turns up with his box of tunes and gets paid in beer, and rules with the iron fist, while every1 else just plays complete shit

and if you make some tunes, and a proper DJ, and get to play at masters of hardcore etc, you get a few 1000 euro a hour

small named events etc and clubs when your starting off playing out, will only pay you £100 or whatever, and most will try and bullshit your ear about not enough people came through the door and they cant pay you or some other lame excuss, so take the beer, your would spend the money on anyway without having to pay for petrol

sorted, yes, settle with a 12 pack, nights been better then watching tv and a 30min mix on your hifi, and you might get a random blower off some random chick
