When I started to play Quake, it's probably toxjq only "just started" if I remember correctly. Truth was the star and I've always just played on the Polish scene. Now why would I change the nickname? Few runs nickname toxic, or very similar?

I think that he had a small salary but I won't go into details, since I don't remember the conversation I had about it clearly. And even if I did, I think I would have the tact not to discuss it here.

What is important and what I can tell you for sure is that, knowing the US managers, their approach to players is paying them very little or no money on a regular basis, but sending them to as many events as possible. And I think that this kind of approach is great.

If you pay someone 50€ a month, that's pocket money for the player. But if you sum that up, that's 600€ a year and that kind of money easily covers transport, accommodation, and expenses for a single European LAN. One more LAN a year seems better for me than pocket money so small that you can't even buy anything serious for them.

ed: so, to sum up, I think that bodzo made a wrong decision. But maybe he has some other team wanting him in their roster, I don't know.
