Too many were here to begin with, so in the deepest sense too many are still here.

They only went back because of the economy. They'll be backl when it suits them and they've spent their savings.

Opening the doors to the EU was the biggest mistake ever, its not like millions of British people are going to want to go and live in Croatia or Poland is it?

Its an utterly one sided investment and with unemplyment at an all time high, it baffles me that millions of jobs are taken by such people, with companies often prefering to employ these people because they'll work for less. Not becaue they are hard workers, simply because they are used to a poorer life.

What next, import starving africans to work 20 hours a day in exchange for their life and food and water?

Its a really bad formula that = disaster.
In the meantime their defense is racism and human rights.

They don't because the way you are judging them in comparison to British people is unfair.

The money they get is much higher than what they get back at home, so thats naturally going to create a healthy appetitie for work.

While living costs here are higher, many are happy to live in less than desirable conditions, to keep costs as low as possible and send money home, or bust their ass their for a year or so and return home relatively well off. That in turn keeps jobs here low, because in order to compete, many british people will have to get used to a lower quality of life because of the constant influx of immigrants who will work for peanuts. If they were not here, maybe low paid low skilled jobs would be better.
AND<< when you factor in many of the problematic people of society fit into that role, the impact is huge because the people who might othewise being doing these jobs are instead getting pissed and getting into trouble because its not worth them working.

If someone was going to pay you many many times your annual salary to work in poland, are you telling me you would not be tempted to go there and bust your ass to earn as much money as quicly as possible then come back home?

No. I agreee that certain things in life act as a catalyst for people doing things they do not do under normal conditions.

The jobs are out there, but you fail to recognise that many British people do not want them, because they are low paid jobs to begin with and because immigratns keep them low paid.

To someone whose born and bread in the UK, doing a low skilled job at 6.50 an hour, thats a shit poor life.

Why?

Because by the time they pay for housing, bills, food etc, they are broke. All jobs are important, so without a constant influex of migrants, such jobs would be better paid, so more people here would take them.

But for an immigrant with short term aspirations, that 6.50 feels many more times that, because they are thinking of spending all of that money OVER THERE no HERE. So it means more!
That 6.50 become more like a well paid engineering job.

They work with the motivation of knowing that they can take that money home, while the person whose born and bread here simply uses it to get by, So of course they are gonna be go getters. Its like shopping run, grab as much as you can while you can.

I'm saying, the motivation between the two isn't the same so the drive isn't going to be there.

That has nothign to do with the people, its human nature.

So your example is deeply flawed as you don't identify the motivations and ACTUAL WORTH of that money to an immigrant whose simply here to save and return home.

Fast forward a few years and you might see Britons going over to Poland for plumbing jobs, not the over way around.

Instead of comparing the UK to Poland, you should be comparing Wales to Poland, lol. Besides, most of the Polish people going over to the UK are going to London. Outside of the big cities, the job and economic situation isn't too great.

I don't know much about Wales other than that they're economically worse than the UK as a whole, and worse than most of Western Europe.

And yes most people think of the UK outside of London to be a gigantic shit hole be it socially or economically.

in sweden "we" offer to pay 75% of a foreigners salary in exchange for them getting employed, i'm actually not against immigration at all, but that's just excessive.
