the editing was very well done imho, frags (duel/2v2 mostly) were good (some were really cool but quite a few felt average, although you always have to consider his opponent). didnt like the music but whatever... 8/10

It couldn't feel slower, the music plus the multiple slow effects shit made the movie uninteresting for me.

The whole theme of the movie was very dour, the music was too slow, the video lacked colour and brightness also the fps was too low for me. The frags felt a bit average aswell, that might be because nearly every decent frag was slowed down to a snails pace.

Saying that though the gauntlet scene had me in stitches! very funny. but how did the rocket guy have two weapons at the same time? cheats! oh and i liked the extra detail the weapon models had, can you do that in ql?

I thought it was awesome and refreshing. Finally something different from most frag videos.

Not my style of movie and the music was cringe worthy at times. It got very very slow sometimes and didn't flow well with what I was watching on screen. I wanted to stop watching at some points.

Depsite this though, some of the effects were well done, the recams were alright and the config was decent. Frags were ok too.

With a proper soundtrack and ingame sounds added, I might enjoy this.

Oh and + for TC2 weapon FX

Meh, I enjoyed it, good editing/camerawork and atleast it has it's own feel, unlike most 'lets use nu-metal soundtrack with 0 editing' quake fragmovies.

waaay too many thirdperson camera stuff
and gauntlet frags are just boring in general
did have something unique about it, and a dramatic ending :D

The sounds are terrible, the music didn't fit the style that much imo.
The whole thing felt 'slow'.. too much slowmo, freezeframe etc and ofc the music didn't help. not very interesting to watch, I was thinking "when will it end?"
It felt like you were trying to show yourself as an untouchable fragging machine. For me, this is not what frag movies are about

The ending made me chuckle, and there were a few nice frags in there, and a lot of well.. just frags really..

But no! I loved this movie. The music, the editing, the style had me hooked all the way towards the end. I don't know where people are getting the impression that the music was terrible. I thought it fit perfectly with the movie, dark, cryptic.

one thing that bugged me: the splash sound after you frag someone should be more silent when the opponent is further away, it destroyed the illusion for me

after watching it I couldn't put my finger on what didn't sound quite right...and yea was the splash damage proximity.

well it sounded like he didnt record the actually in game sound. and instead just placed pre-recorded hitsounds. like he went into the game recorded someone hitting a rail and used that for every rail shot in the movie.

I didn't mind the epic, almost conquistador-themed music...hell why not? everything about this movie is over-the-top: bloody gibs, gore, menace, surprise, and destruction. I think the best description in english to summarize the mood of this movie: silly sinister!

+ pill bouncing camera angles and physics -- cool!
+ mapping faces to models, lol, but fun
+ balls-out, exaggerated bloody mess of a movie -- 8.8/10!
