how was he so god damn accurate with the awp unzoomed at mid range? was he putting the deagle xhair on them then switching to the awp and zooming fast as shit?

You can shoot unzoomed... I just press both mouse1/mouse2 at the same time ... (attack1/2) and it hits.... sometimes a leg shot, but usually it will hit them.... maybe its been all luck... but iono.... k bai bie.

Something ive been trying to find out for ages, and i didnt even think u could do quickshot since 1.4. C'mon, whats the trick? lol

You can't fire unzoomed, there's no trick. Drax just zooms and fires really fast =)

I'm curious though, do you draw a dot or 'x' on your screen for a little extra confidence in your aim pre-scoping?

You can fire unzoomed in 1.5...

Its really simple when you get the timing down.

#10, I find that it is MUCH easier when I had deagle.

Have deagle out, awp queued as last weapon.
Aim with deagle, hit last weapon key and then hit fire.
You're supposed to hit fire slighty afterwards the last weapon key.

It is definitely tricky ...

I've killed a sufficient amount of people with unzoomed awp shots in pub - but in matches, I just can't do it like ksharp can :P

Hmm....

My last weapon key is default (Q)... I just find it easier to hit than hitting my slot 1 key.

Before my computer was stolen, I used to play on 3d's pub server alot. I've also been to web2zone... the place where torbull works. I asked torbull how to do unzoomed shots and thats what he basically told me...

If it ain't broke, why fix it... try it out with slot1 key instead and tell me if that works. It'll be good to know.

then rapidly switch between them and pull out awp and nail them?
