What is that TF2 clip about? I don't understand what the pyro is doing.

Pyros have a secondary fire to the flamethrower - airblast. It will reflect any projectile toward where you are aiming, and the resulting hit will mini-crit.

That doens't seem too hard but when looking in the comments on youtube ppl make it sound like it actually is. Is the timeframe for a succeded reflection very short or what?

It's a rather small time frame, but lag doesn't help. It also depends on the projectile... The soldier could be using the regular rocket launcher (fairly easy to reflect, especially at longer range), or the direct hit (much faster, higher damage, but no splash damage) which is much harder to reflect. Projectiles like arrows are mostly luck.

It's fairly easy to do but it's really about experience more then timing or anything. It's as much about predicting your opponent as just seeing the projectile they're firing. For long range rockets it's a piece of piss. The shorter the distance the more it becomes knowing when the other player has finished reloading another rocket and will fire again. With the huntsman it can just be a pain in the ass but a lot more about prediction.
