Too sensitive for me. Sensor doesn't feel natural to me.
Wheel bug can be annoying.
I cant open that shit bcoz there is a 3 way screw under large feet otherwise I would have put lens of my Kinzu or Salmosa in it. :P

using ec2 for 2 months or so already, feels pretty good so far, though i'd rather use a lower weight mouse like abyssus(if it didnt jitter on puretrak) or wmo(if it wasn't going negaccel at my 36cm360) but since there're none atm im just fine with this(though weight is annoying)
got no wheelbug eventhough it's the first batch avi in Russia

None of you wouldnt happen to have Razer goliathus speed / control normal or fragged versions and some tracking problems? I was certain that the mouse had accel, tracking felt so weird.. But after a couple of tests there is no accel whatsoever.

Not sure whats going on, could be the VERY LOW lift off distance since I've used da 3,5g for ages and it had a huge lift off distance on the goliathus pads and Im used to the mouse moving even while picked up

What CPI are you using? The EC can be picky @ 1000/2000 CPI. 500 works perfectly with everything I know.

A tiny bit of jitter on rougher textured mousepads like the Spawn. Doesn't happen on 500 CPI.

I've tried all settings, including 500dpi.. weird thing is I had 0.07-0.1 mouseaccel on DA3,5G on 450dpi.. On EC1 0.02 seems too much on 500dpi, and by any calculations that shouldnt be possible

I've been using the EC2 since release. My black one does not have the wheelbug, but that does not change the fact that Zowie should fix this. AFAIK you can get a replacement from Zowie if yours is affected.

In terms of performance: I love this mouse. LOD ist damn low (tested with Puretrak Talent, Zowie G-TF, Artisan Kai.g3 Blue), and the sensor won't skip even at ridiculous speeds. No acceleration present at all (hello dear Xai users). The EC has prediction or better: the Avago 3060 sensor has build in prediction that you cannot turn off. Fortunately, I don't mind.

Zowie uses a modified Avage 3060 for the EC. They replaced the lense to achieve a lower LOD than on the MX518 or Ikari Optical. Due to this they had to change the resolution of the sensor to 500/1000/2000 I believe.

Sold mine ec2. Started very good but after a while I couldn't get used to that fucking prediction. Well gay tbh.
