fixed all of the download submission form on null nuke..

if you make any damage sets you can upload as anonymous users to http://nullnuke.netai.net/download.php?op=submit

anonymous users can rate the download too

you can balance duel better and run a custom damage set on your server, and upload it when it is kind of good

put z_ on the pk4 name, and include weapon def file and tweaks the projectile ranges etc, should add it to patch 3 non dev so you can connect to other servers that run other damage sets

added a huds sub category..

if you have tweaked and changed the : q43a_custom_hud.pk4/guis/custom_hud.gui

you can upload it along with a screenshot, rename the "custom_hud" in both file names, then you can have multiple in the the same folder and be set ingame on player setup menu
