This guy isn't mirc0n/thetoptraid but he does cheat and has for along time going back to 04 and was exposed on the jumpingmen site back in the day. He used to alias as son!k and I'm sure many other names too. He has gotten better at toggling since his time in ra3 where he used to do 60rail and 50lg many games @crom ra3 despite playing with a 64ping.

Just the number of impressives alone doesn't prove he's a cheater. Looking at his stats, he pretty much doesn't seem to use any other weapon than railgun. Just for experiment I just played a CA game where I for the whole game fired from nothing else but railgun. It was a 3v3 game (so, not much action than in 4v4/5v5 => less rail shots per game), and my final rail acc was 36% (obviously not exceptionally good), but in the end I got 16 impressives. So, objectively, if some good railer with acc around 50% would play in populated games and use rail exclusively the whole match, then it seems realistic for him to get 30+ impressives, or even more on occasions where server is filled with noobs. Actually, from uu_nemesis' last 10 games only one has 30 impressives, the typical amount for other games is 20-something, which seems even more realistic if he is honest railwhore.
So, unfortunately, you still need to gather some mirc logs and do the youtube thingy, otherwise it's not a proof at all.

But not getting bored of rail only and CA is cheating!
