I've played Ninja Gaiden 2 over many times. It's never easy.

I have never revisited Ninja Gaiden 1 though; I consider it completely sadistic and inhumanly difficult.

No clue what any of the modern ones are like.

I would barely consider this a trailer.

Who cares if it was hard? Ninja Gaiden's gameplay is overly repetitive and tedious, and overall not a very fun game for people who don't fall for cheap thrills.
