So hard to tell confidence from arrogance. But what's not so hard to tell is that strenx apparently got confused about what exactly he experienced to be arrogance. It wasn't so much cooller not saying gg. But rather cooller not at all reacting to his "say gg noob" provocation.

cmon, even some russian players said the same about him. I know you're one of this top fans but you gotta agree there is a whiff of extra arrogance since he won IEM Europe. Nothing wrong with that.

Why "even"? Ruskie players are the first to complain about cooller. And only after them, albeit immediately, comes strenx.

More importantly though, I wasn't debating cooller being arrogant or not. I was debating the reasoning strenx was making, and where he was confusing things. Twice actually: firstly regarding the actual reason why he thought cooller was arrogant in that situation, and secondly when claiming that he himself "always said gg". Which made me kinda lol anyway.

strenx plays Cooller all the time, so I think he knows better than you whether or not Cooller usually says gg at the end of his games :) And there was a lapse of time between strenx saying gg and him telling Cooller to say gg. I'm pretty sure Cooller would have already said gg by then if he had planned on doing so. I'm not saying strenx is right in calling Cooller arrogant, but your argument that strenx was confused about the situation seems pretty incorrect to me.

Not saying gg is a sign of arrogance? Not at all, it could be a sign of anything, like feeling pissed. Lil strenxie himself spent considerable time online not saying gg but complaining about ping instead after games.

strenx interacts all the time with Cooller, and it is most probably notably from their exchanges that strenx feels Cooller has gotten a bit arrogant. You're trying to push your personal interpretation of why Cooller didn't say gg, while this particular example is probably the last of a series of occurrences where strenx felt he wasn't given due credit because of Cooller thinking too highly of himself. strenx is not even the one who brought up zotac to underline Cooller's arrogance, Thorin did. strenx isn't saying Cooller is arrogant simply because the latter didn't say gg in this one match.

Where am I pushing an interpretation? It might have been arrogance. Might have been anything. I'm not making an assumption in any direction at all.

But not saying "gg" isn't at all conclusive, even when assuming they're interacting on a frequent basis. Which is speculation on your side anyway. If anything could be considered conclusive though, then maybe not at all responding to the followup "say gg noob".

And that's what lil strenxie, who's "always saying gg", obviously mixed up, a mixup I just happened to highlight. Got the point now? If not, at least tell me how often you need it having repeated to you.

Let me repeat something that you failed to grasp: strenx isn't saying Cooller is arrogant simply because the latter didn't say gg in this one match.
There was also no "mix up", because not responding to "say gg noob" is not related to not saying gg in the first place, and Cooller would have said gg before strenx said that if he had wanted to say it at all.

edit: I just watched an interview of strenx in French where he explains that for example Cooller told him "remind me who finished first?" when strenx beat him online after kiev, and that he didn't see the point of saying stuff like that :)

Hey, just checked again and you're right. Lil strenxie in fact just randomly claimed that cooller grew arrogant since IEM EU, without even giving any reason why he would be inclined to think so.

Maybe that's also why iviewer felt he should try and find a "reference" for that claim, to maybe provide some substance. In vain, as we all know.
