I've recently wiped my HD and reinstalled win 7, and now when I change resolution to 800x600 @ 120 Hz on my shitty old but (until now) faithful Sony HDM-A420, the image stretches horizontally outside of the monitor bounds by maybe 20 pixels to each side (with the screen shrinked as much as possible from the monitor's own controls).
What's weird is that before this reinstall I couldn't use 120 Hz refresh without some trickery on the nvidia control panel, whereas now it lets me select it, and trying to make a custom resolution setting with the trick I used to use doesn't work anymore.
Anybody got a clue how to fix this shit?
