I recently bought a hdtv and wanted to hook it up to my PC have it duplicate the display on my monitor and my tv.

For some reason only when I choose duplicate these displays my tv has video tearing problems. If I set it to only use my TV or extend both monitors the tearing is gone.

I've been trying to figure out how to use duplicate displays without the tearing with no luck. any help or information is appreciated, thanks.
