Whats the point of dividing it into 6 parts?

The entire thing is about 50 minutes long which would be ridiculous to release as a single video. The number of parts is based on how many appropriate moments I found to split the video in terms of topic groups. Plus by releasing one every three days the entire series will be completed within just over two weeks. As you'll see in the next part czm answers to a degree of depth very rare in interviews so each part contains a lot of information to digest.

So this is the best solution I've come to: it's not overloading people with one monster video a lot of people won't have the stamina for, it divides up the interview into appropriate segments based on topics and most importantly even though it is split up into multiple parts the viewer gets to see all the parts within a reasonable time-frame (it's not as though I'm releasing one part per week, there'll be 3 this week)

Lastly while an interview like this is a very much a passion project I am required to justify my work with hits for the site which employs me. This way everyone gets something and I'll be able to continue providing this kind of content for the Quake community regardless of the fact CS and SC2 interviews bring more hits in general.

You probably done a good job about the content but honestly, you have an opportunity to interview one of the legends of quake, talk about his "carreer" for one hour long and you decide to do this standing up in a hallway ?

I actually like these stand-up interviews because they bring about a lot of spontaneity. Your fatal1ty interview for instance had a lol moment (minus the traffic on the road) and it's something we don't get to see usually.

CZM vs Aim T4 prolly still one of the most exciting games i ever seen. (ofc considering the skill lvl at the time)

To the OP: very nicely done and I am excited for the upcoming parts. czm is truely a unique figure without the Quake scene and a very fascinating at that.

Esports sux if interviews arent posted also as a text only version. Dont do the same mistakes of ie djweed who doesnt even replies to users asking for the audio only version link of his amateur radio, something like:
Must Have - Priority 0 - Text (Low bandwith, Easier to understand for non native speakers, can be opened mostly anywhere (work, etc))
Prio 1 - Audio (Low Bandwith)
Prio 2 - Video LQ (Mid Bandwith, less buffering than HQ)
Prio 3 - Video HQ (High bandwith, media buffering is one of the worst enemies of esports!!!)
