not really , it's cold by my standards living in Kuwait it's like spring temperature and though I don't feel the temperatures in Britain during summer to be that cold even though they're well below 28c prolly just me adapting or something....
In kuwait at 28c I ware a long sleeve mid-to thick shirt with a light jacket
I'm a part brit part kuwaiti person and I'm quite mocked from both sides.....
but oddly enough I have decent traits from both sides like the thresh hold for heat and cold
also it's between 48-56c from july to late august
