If you could plug in a usb numpad and a small mouse... this could have potential.

I think it's doable with Bluetooth devices. The next gen of phones should also be able to drive a wide screen monitor properly.

Thought about it, unless wolfcam can be loaded from the Q3 "MODS" section in the menu, I don't think it's possible right now. I can't run .exe files like that. Android can't as far as I know.

Wolfcam is a standalone mod, just like q3mme. It requires it's own launcher, so it can't be launched via "mods" in q3.

EDIT: Not to mention that it relies on the QL paks, not the q3 ones, which requires even more work.

Wolfcam is doable on Android, I might mess with it later now that you mention it. Its available for linux and the source is included in the .zip if I'm not mistaken. Half the work is already done.

Download kwaak3 and copy your baseq3 folder with the .paks(probably off the cd) onto the SD card. Run kwaak3 like an app and there you go. Should take a config with as well.

a tablet w/2x usb allows for mouse + keyboard, have audio out for headphones + hdmi mini out for video, so in theory you could play

OK so i just got a new phone (HTC One mini) first thing I'ver done it stuck CPM on it to watch demos.. works brilliantly!

Now I'm trying to get QuakeWorld demo's to play on it. I've got normal quake running but I need qw for the demos, anyone had any luck? I think the main problem is qw is a client exe instead of a mod folder.

I've tried just moving the qw folder to the phone and doing 'gamedir qw' from the console but this doesnt seem to do anything or can't play .mvd anyway.
