I think he refers to him explaining the mathematical facts about mouseaccel and +zoom... I've seen no article but he made some mathematical stuff and posted it in a reply here on ESR, which looked like Einstein's theory of relativity rofl... No wonder he's called crazyman. Go Paul Nelson!
