imo needs to be at 500hz, check to see what it's at with mouseratechecker. I used imo for a week and totally forgot to change the hz up to 500 and I couldn't work out why it was so wank and going crazy :D

Now I've fixed it, it works fine. I'd reccomend asking here : www.tdmpickup.eu/ - if no one helps you on esr :o)

doesn't change much if 500hz. crap sensor inside.= fast mouse => neg accel!

btw this mouse doesn't skip even if you move it super fast.

I know that it's probably problem with mouse rate so it will be so great when someone will send me his hidusbf,sys file, someone who has windows 7 64bit, Am I right that in this file is mouse rate?

I need edited hidusbf.sys file with 500hz for 64bit system, when I'm using program from this website it doesn;t work for me, when I replace with file from AMD64 directory then my mouse rate changes into I guess 250. Do you understand me ? ;)

I dont think you can just change mousehz from changing 1 sys file.
If you are using win7 x64 you need to run hidusbf in test mode then run 500hz and then patch that sys file by signing as a system file.

I have used those instructions before and they worked for 64bit.

no, just do it step by step and it will work 100%

I probably discoverd the problem, it's 1.0 version not 1.1 :( so this is the problem that my mouse is going out of control when I'm making faster move?

ye when I was buying this mouse I was 120% sure that this is 1.1, other people ordered it too :( Intellimouse optical USB and PS/2 Compatible - that mens that it's 1.0 :(

nah it doesn't mean anything actually, a lot of 1.1 or 1.1a don't even have a version number either.

yep 1.1 has newer and better optical sensor :)

try hit F8 button after boot/after BIOS message
select override driver enfocement override
use ngohq - tutorial

1. Download Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider from this link.
2. Download HIDUSBF (attached below as hidusbf.zip).
3. Run Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider and choose Enable Test Mode. ( NO RESTART)
4. Extract HIDUSBF to some folder, right click on HIDUSBF.inf and choose Install.
5. Run Setup.exe from HIDUSBF’s folder, check the Filter on Device box and select your desired sample rate. (press close program, no need instal or ...)
6. Run Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider again, choose Sign a System file and insert full path to the installed HIDUSBF.sys file (For example: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\HIDUSBF.sys).
7. Restart your computer and enjoy.

Tryed 10 "looks like same" guides, but just this one worked!

Slightly offtopic, do you need to run the win7 accel fix with win 7 still or is the problem fixed?

Still can't change mouse rate on windows 7 64bit, when I turn on computer and fast turn on mouserate then I can see rate from 200 to 500, but after few seconds it's 125 back :o ? is there any registry key that will fix this mouse rate?

I dont think so, usb ports must keep the standards. It's unlikely that laptops use different lower quality ports.

Your usb ports might be usb 1.1 and not 2.0 and that would cause some problems
