I will try to play a duel on this connection sometimes, and if you glance for a second it looks like me ping is between 60-90. If you hold tab and watch you'll often see it go over 110, but it doesn't last long enough for it to register well on scoreboard.

I think I'm going to have to go to DSL.

my isp was COX when I was in the states, I had a similar problem for about 3 months once and after making them come over to check 4 times I finally stumbled on a tech who did know something, he checked the wiring and it turned out it was a problem in the house's wiring. Think it was like a faulty jack or something.

I didn't. My ISP apparently got enough complaints from people in my neighborhood and replaced something is all I can think of. All I know is, it's been all Ds for ages, and now I'm getting this all the time
