I played tomb raider guardian of light coop with two gamepads on my pc. Dunno if you can play it online coop, if you can you are going to need something like ventrillo, because it requires a lot of communication.
^^ for a simple linear game that doesnt even have gear, just weapons, ive played this for like 75 hours total, it was worth buying on sale (13 euros or smt for goty)
bump
Played guardian of light and it was great coop. Sven coop doesn't have cutscenes and some parts of the game so it wasn't worth it. Didn't try borderlands but i heard it gets boring fast :s Portal 2 is on the list to play coop at some point. Duke nukem 3d maybe? Any of the lego games? Never played any of them.
Looking for coop story mode any genre except heavy rpgs.
I'll probably try it again once there is proper support for community maps. I think the issue is that the puzzles require such specific ways to be solved, so they're not easily forgettable. The most you can do is over-complicate the puzzles.
Well knowing how the SDK works, it would have to be mods anyway. (Although it's neat it goes into your steam list) It isn't a full SDK yet, but you could at least start building maps. I'm sure the full SDK will be coming soon.
I think that you can specify what the following map is in the previous map too, so potentially if you have a set of 5 maps, you only have to use the console to get into the first.
dou you know if there's a way to play guardian of light co-op in cracked version? i don't see any kind of lan option in the game so hamachi probably won't work
Go to the bay of pirates and download the 1.03 definitive edition. 1 click installation and you are done. Just have your friend on steam, and invite him in the lobby. So easy and so fast for the best story coop i've played.
ok i will give that a try but i don't see what's different in the definitive edition besides useless stuff like a walkthrough and trainer.
i tried getting co-op to work with skidrow release and skidrow patch 3 and it wouldn't let me create a game.
will try this version anyway, thanks.
