BTT: I think excercises for fingers/hand can help you avoiding "carpal tunnel syndrome" and "hand cramps" but it won't make your dodging better since dodging depends not only on the agility of your fingers but on your brain and the ability to predict where your opponent will shoot his next shot.
well, i spent many day learning how hit famous g spot in woman. took many try but managed. is take many finger exercise but woman with mustache much appreciate sacrifice i make for her name. is greatest exercise i make to date.
