no, they are not.

don't make me click my own links, i know that atleast fox and noctis have huds in their cfg files. you have to do something to get them (click, ffs. how hard can it be).

cpma wasn't used up until the late q3 times, some people never made their own hud and some simply copied theirs or used the ones that came with cpma, so with some you won't find a hud file in their configs.
